Edenhart Weddings is a husband-and-wife wedding planning and coordination team. Our purpose is to make the wedding experience easier, calmer, and more organized for couples. Our couples remain the decision-makers while we take care of the research, vendor communication, quote comparisons, timelines, décor logistics, organization, follow-ups, and the details included in their customized package. We work around your budget to find the best vendors for you, saving you not only time but money too.

We started Edenhart from our own wedding day — the day we learned firsthand how much couples carry when they should simply be present. During the hours agreed in your proposal, Lily is with the bride and Alephe is with the groom — steady, unhurried, quietly attentive, so both of you always have someone to count on.
Together, we hold the timeline, the vendors, and the small details you'd otherwise have to carry. We work around your budget to find the best vendors, saving you time and money, and we are truthful in every step — so the two of you can simply be present, at peace, with each other.

three qualifying couples.
The first three qualifying couples receive 50% off their selected wedding package. Limited to couples who sign the service agreement and pay the required initial retainer. An inquiry or consultation does not reserve the wedding date or promotion.
Wedding Morning
Assistance.
Wedding Morning Assistance is an optional add-on starting at $500. It is not automatically included in any wedding package. Final pricing depends on the requested hours, location, responsibilities, and staffing needs.

We do not provide hair, makeup, dressing, garment steaming, childcare, transportation, food service, cleaning, or personal-attendant services unless specifically added to a customized proposal.

We serve Orlando, Central Florida, and surrounding Florida areas. Nationwide and destination weddings are available for an additional travel fee, which may include mileage, tolls, parking, flights, baggage, rental transportation, accommodations, meals, additional travel days, transportation or shipping of materials, and additional staffing.

Edenhart Weddings offers wedding décor planning and support — design direction, mood-board development, color-palette guidance, tablescape and layout planning, rental recommendations, décor sourcing, supply organization, vendor coordination, and setup planning. Installation or breakdown may be offered when separately included and priced. Physical décor, rentals, florals, purchases, delivery, installation, pickup, and breakdown are not automatically included in every package.
