Edenhart Weddings does not attend, travel with the group, host, supervise, or coordinate bachelor or bachelorette celebrations in person under this planning bundle. The starting $1,000 price covers planning assistance for the bride's and groom's celebrations, whether joint or separate. Travel, accommodations, tickets, reservations, food, beverages, transportation, décor, supplies, and vendor charges are paid separately by the clients and their parties.

Wedding décor planning

Edenhart Weddings offers décor planning — design direction, mood-board development, color-palette guidance, tablescape planning, layout planning, rental recommendations, décor sourcing, supply organization, vendor coordination, and setup planning. Installation or breakdown may be offered when separately included and priced.
Physical décor, rentals, florals, purchases, delivery, installation, pickup, and breakdown are not automatically included in every package.
First three qualifying couples.
The first three qualifying couples receive 50% off their selected wedding package. Limited to couples who sign the service agreement and pay the required initial retainer. An inquiry or consultation does not reserve the wedding date or promotion.
Applies only to the selected base wedding package. Add-ons, travel fees, third-party costs, purchases, rentals, additional labor, and customized services are not included or discounted.
Monthly, biweekly, or custom.
Depending on the wedding date and selected package, we may offer monthly payments, biweekly payments, customized payment breakdowns, or an initial retainer followed by scheduled installments.
A signed agreement and the required initial retainer are necessary to officially reserve a wedding date or service. We work around your budget to find the best vendors, saving you time and money, and we are truthful in every step — helping you reallocate when needed so we can try our best to make your dream wedding happen as perfectly as possible.

We serve Orlando, Central Florida, and surrounding Florida areas. Nationwide and destination weddings are available for an additional travel fee.
Additional travel charges may include mileage, tolls, parking, flights, baggage, rental transportation, accommodations, meals or per diem, additional travel days, transportation or shipping of materials, and additional staffing.
